What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and components of the home performed by a licensed, trained professional.
Should we be there during the inspection?
Definitely! You will have a full understanding of any problems or concerns found.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to get a better feel for the home.  While we provide a thorough written report, there may be things said in person that are important and valuable to you.
If repairs are needed, can the inspector make the necessary repairs?
No. Under the Prohibited Acts by the Texas Real Estate Commission, "Perform or agree to perform any repairs or maintenance in connection with a real estate inspection pursuant to the provisions of any earnest money contract, lease agreement, or exchange of real estate."
